Generic gutter guards are add-on solutions that treat the symptom, not the problem. LeafGuard addresses it at the source by completely replacing your gutter system with a proprietary design that makes clogs physically impossible.
The seamless construction eliminates joints where leaks typically develop. The curved hood uses the principle of liquid adhesion to guide water in while deflecting everything else. Even small debris like seeds and pine needles that slip through mesh guards can't enter LeafGuard's system.
The result is a maintenance-free solution that actually works.
Connecticut Lifestyles readers save with 75% off installation plus $200 off. This isn't just about convenience—it's about investing in a system that's built to last and performs as promised.

TODAY IN CONNECTICUT HISTORY
Bucket Brigade Heroes in Greenwich
In 1873, a fire broke out at Mr. Bailey’s carriage house in the heart of Greenwich, and while the carriage house could not be saved, the quick-thinking townspeople focused on saving a neighbor’s barn. With limited resources, volunteers formed a human chain, passing buckets of water for nearly three hours to keep the barn’s roof and sides wet, preventing the flames from spreading further.
The arrival of the Putnam Hose Company of Port Chester helped bring the blaze under control, and although there were a few minor injuries from falling buckets, no lives were lost. Local newspapers praised the heroic efforts, singling out William Talbot, Jr., who braved the most dangerous spots on the roof and remained until the end, earning widespread recognition for his bravery.
This extraordinary display of teamwork and courage highlights the spirit of Connecticut communities, where ordinary citizens stepped up to protect their neighbors and their town.
