TWO GILMORE GIRLS FESTIVALS ARE COMING TO CONNECTICUT THIS YEAR
New Milford and Guilford will each host events honoring the series in 2025…

Connecticut is gearing up to host not one, but two "Gilmore Girls" fan festivals in 2025, giving enthusiasts of the beloved 2000s series an opportunity to immerse themselves in the world of Stars Hollow.
First, New Milford will debut A Small Town Convention - A Weekend in the Life from April 11-13. This three-day event promises an all-immersive experience, complete with meet-and-greets, a knit-a-thon, photo ops in the town gazebo, and themed parties like a karaoke pajama night and a "Living Art Cocktail Party." Tickets start at $65, with premium "Dragonfly Admission" passes offering exclusive perks for die-hard fans.
Later this year, The Firelight Event will return to Guilford from October 17-19. Organized by The Fan Fest Society, this annual festival celebrates "Gilmore Girls" with more than 40 activities, including costume contests, panels, giveaways, and cast meet-and-greets. Having found its home in Guilford, the event sold out in 2024 and is expected to draw even more attendees this year. Tickets go on sale February 4, and cast announcements are set to begin in March.
With two unique events spanning the state, 2025 is shaping up to be a landmark year for "Gilmore Girls" fans in Connecticut.
Whether you’re looking for an intimate weekend or a bustling festival experience, these celebrations offer something special for everyone.
